Work. Change. Success. is a consulting group dedicated to helping businesses large and small realign communication between leaders, teams, and businesses. They offer various levels of involvement to help set any organization on the path to wellness. From Starbucks to startups, they bring a broad diversity of experiences and an agile approach to pinpoint opportunities for improvement. 

The deck was created using hand-rendered illustrations, a neutral color palette, clean design, and a narrowed type palette to create a cohesive experience. The design intentionally used opposing features to act as an analogy for the expression of communication.
